Gourmet ‘Hoga’ on St Lucia & Antigua (Hiking and Yoga) – from £3,699 per person for thirteen nights

 In Itineraries

This new 13 night ‘hoga’ trip combines hiking and yoga on the islands of St Lucia and Antigua with luxury accommodation and a gourmet seven course dinner at Sheer Rocks, one of the Caribbean’s best restaurants. Spend the first four nights in Antigua at Sugar Ridge near Jolly Harbour and enjoy two challenging guided hikes. One, scaling Boggy Peak, the highest peak and the second, trekking from Walling’s Dam to Carlisle Bay through rainforest terrain and romantic deserted beaches. The next base is the luxury beach hotel Anse Chastenet, for five nights on St Lucia, hidden in 600 acres of tropical fauna (and just 1.5km from Soufriere). You’ll climb the Gross Pitons for breath taking coastal vistas, before venturing through the island’s central rainforest along the Cross-Island hike, where you may spot the rare Jacquot Parrot. Return to Antiqua and Sugar Ridge for the final four nights and enjoy exploring the historic English Harbour area on foot, relaxing by the pool, indulging in a spa treatment and stretch tired limbs with daily yoga at the hotel’s impressive yoga studio called The Shed overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Price: The 13-night itinerary is available from £3,699pp based on two sharing a standard room at Sugar Ridge and Superior Hillside Room in St Lucia on a B&B basis, including two guided hikes, unlimited yoga session at Sugar Ridge and Anse Chastenet and a dinner at Sheer Rocks on Antigua. Price excludes international flights.
