Well, you will be pleased to know mobile phone reception is poor or non-existent in a lot of the places we hike so you’ll have no worries about being hassled by the office! Switch off, live in the moment and enjoy nature.
Boost you brain – Research shows that people who spend more time in nature are up to 50% more creative when it comes to problem solving. So, when you do get finally back to the office you will be more effective than when you left!
